AC Compressor Inspection:




Check the air conditioning compressor – condenser. It is usually located on the outside of your home or building and are usually close to home. Make sure that it is done by listening to and check light.




Check the cable to make sure it is properly connected and not damaged. If the plug is not secured properly , try disconnecting and reconnecting and check your air conditioning unit again . If the cord is damaged, turn off all power and obtain a replacement cord before even trying to solve problems.




Check the indoor switch , fuse and circuit breaker as well as external service switch to make sure that they are all in the “on” position . If one or more of the “off” position , it may be a quick fix to be ; however, they may be short-circuited by a serious underlying illness . Try to turn back , and pay close attention to determine where the problem is .



Compressor Inspection:

Look at the compressor -condensing coil in order to ensure that it is not blocked or damaged. If it is blocked, it can cause to stop the compressor , be strong, or even overheating. It can also work very badly.





Check the compressor cooling fan. If the cooling fan does not work, the entire compressor can be switched off to prevent overheating. If the problem goes uncorrected for long, can destroy the whole.






Call a professional. If you have checked all the components of the compressor and everything looks like it should be in good condition, it may be time to call to have been considered a professional. This may ultimately be less expensive solution for an air conditioning technician is adept at solving problems like this every day .
