When a normal body weight people follow a low-calorie diet, he / she becomes weak and it would have a negative impact.

When we eat food of any kind, increases the amount of calories in our body. What calorie or calorie? As is well known calorie is the unit of energy so that the calories a measure of the amount of energy in the food.
